Thoughts: This is the epitome of *vibe*. The second you step in the door you’re greeted with a cozy low celling restaurant with art covering every inch of the walls. A general sense of homeliness, despite how busy it always is. The staff are polite and speedy and the food was pretty tasty although a little pricey, the next time I go I think I’ll be a little more adventurous with my choice.

Thoughts: there’s a reason Cafe Des is so loved in Canterbury. Lovely fresh Tex-Mex food and it’s always packed. Nachos are my favourite way to start the meal, but disappointed they don’t have more authentic mexican options anymore (just give me some pulled pork tacos please)
